Radeon Rx 460 Crashing to desktop

So recently i have bought a new graphics card and everytime i play a game on low graphic setting and resolution as well it crashes to desktop and freezes the game saying not responding but can still hear music playing. Also it does not show error message or anything even in event viewer

Plz help this is really pissing me off

Specs: Dual core AMD Athlon ii x2
RAM: 8GB
Gfx: Radeon(TM) RX 460 2GB
Windows 8.1
1TB Hard Drive

If you havn't used DDU to completely clean unistall all the drivers do that and then reinstall the drivers first.

If that doesnt work try taking out the Graphics card and booting with the integrated graphics and then try running a game that doesn't require a ton of power, but where you are still experiencing problems, since you'll be missing the card. If the problem goes away its the card itself.

Yes all the drivers are up to date plus I have uninstalled all previous drivers on PC. I have done a lot of research on the matter tried. Cleaning the actual GPU tried down clocking the GPU with sapphire trixx. BTW I'm using HDMI to a TV if that helps. Tried running it on low settings but I can't even get to the settings menu before it crashes.
