Opinion on New Build

Looks like a strong build, but a couple questions. First, do you require 32gb of RAM for whatever it is that you are doing? Most people won't ever need more than 16gb. Second, why do you have a 500gb M.2 SSD for your OS and a 500gb SATA SSD (games?)? I personally use a ~250gb for OS and have a 500gb for games, it is cheaper, but your call. Otherwise looks very good.

I think I'm going to change to 16gb ram (https://www.amazon.com/Patriot-Memory-3600MHz-PC4-19200-PV416G360C6K/dp/B01JQ4PJ8S/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1484350621&sr=8-2&keywords=16gb+ram+3400) and change the M.2 SSD to 250gb and the 850 EVO to 1TB. Thank you very much for your help.
