CPU cooler for my First Build?? Dont know which one

My Case: NZXT Phantom 240 Mid Tower Case White

My Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard

I am looking for a CPU Cooler under $40 but i dont know if the CPU coolers i look at will fit.
