CPU cooler for my First Build?? Dont know which one

My Case: NZXT Phantom 240 Mid Tower Case White

My Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard

I am looking for a CPU Cooler under $40 but i dont know if the CPU coolers i look at will fit.

The Hyper 212 Evo is 159mm, so you're better off with the CRYORIG H7 (which is actually better than the 212 Evo).

The H7 is only 145mm tall.

*I use the H7 for my 4790K and it keeps it cool (60-65C under load) OC'd @ 4.6GHz
