So to start off here are my specs; MSI gaming m7 z170 motherboard, i5 6600k over clocked to 4.8, nzxt x61 aio, 32gb of gskill ram, Samsung 850 SSD, 1tb hardrive, 850w EVGA PSU, three monitors with two DVI and one HDMI, and the problem maker a MSI R9 390. The issue is with recent driver updates from about a month ago have crushed it's performance in basically every game including Forza horizon 3, CoD infinite warfare, CoD MWR, and Battlefield 1. None of the games would run over 40-45 fps. I've made sure that all monitors are set to the correct refresh rate. I've tried unplugging one of the three monitors and it didn't help much. I don't know why it'd be limiting all them to around the same fps, almost exactly. Any recommendations? Also if someone knows how to install old drivers that could help.

Uninstall AMD Radeon in control panel. Download DDU and remove all leftovers for AMD configs. Download fresh set of new drivers, install, and test. If that doesn't help the uninstall use DDU again and try older drivers.

Manually select you drivers and you should get to select bit older drivers. Once you see the latest version. On the right look at previous AMD display drivers.
