I have a budget of about 650-700 dollars including windows OS, i dont care about RGB lighting or how amazing the case looks, i want something that works well and doesnt get too hot. I like to play games such as BF1, CS:GO, H1Z1, COD, Rust... Thanks all.

This should do you just fine. You should consider upgrading to 16GB when you have time. Also, you will need to get Windows OS as well.
