This isn't really a bother to me, because after plugging it in and keeping it in, my computer will start fine every time. But why does my computer shut off a few seconds upon booting and then start up the time after? It happened much more often to my old computer and I never knew why. Is this a hardware issue?

Build:
Mobo: AsRock H110M-HDS
Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 2gb
Pentium G4400
Sata3 HDD
8GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4

Solution
It could be the PSU. What PSU do you have and did you use the same PSU with your old PC? Also what do you mean by saying: "...after plugging it in and keeping it in..."

Nahhh everything was bought new. It's a new 480w psu. And what I mean by that is the computer doesn't have shut down problems after the first time plugging it in. It shuts off the first time, starts fine the next, and so on.

Some motherboards have protection features. Unplugging it from the wall and then re-plugging it after a day or two my trigger one of those mechanisms and cause the behaviour you are experiencing. For example, if your board had overclocking features it would certainly do that as a BIOS protection mechanism in case an overclock goes bad. That said you should check if your board's battery is OK. You could also do a CMOS reset, maybe it fixes that issue but I think it's a motherboard feature and not a hardware issue. Now if it keeps happening all the time then it may be a bad PSU or motherboard.

It may be a motherboard's protection mechanism. Contact your board's manufacturer for further info and whether that's a normal behaviour or not. You could also replace the motherboard's battery or do a CMOS reset. Maybe it helps. If nothing helps and you get a reply from Asrock that this isn't normal behaviour try using another PSU with your system before RMAing your board. Maybe your PSU is responsible for that issue. The PSU may not be bad but your board doesn't like it. :) Good luck.
