Put my first water cooling loop together a couple of weeks ago. Hoping to finish the whole build this weekend. Once I power up and install windows etc., what should I monitor CPU temps with to make sure the thermal paste and water flow etc. are good before I start to overclock, and as I overclock?

Thanks.

If I were you I would use a combination of some different programmes. You can use your motherboard's software, the BIOS, the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, HWinfo... Your temps depend a lot on your CPU, but healthy temps should be no more than 55-60 degrees celsius under heavy load and it should idle at around 25-35.
