Can you solve my FPS Issue? (i3 6100k w/ Rx470)

So I've been reading reviews and watching youtube videos of people who have older gpu's than me and are getting 50+ more fps than I am.. I get between 10-20 FPS regardless of the game settings in Battlefield 1.. I can't figure it out.

Yeah a dual core on a RX 470 is really asking a lot. Still, it should depend on the game if that really is the issue (some games don't ask a lot from the CPU). Battlefield 1 should run fine for example (73-87 fps with a GTX1080 on an i3 6100, implying your issue ISN'T a CPU bottleneck as AppleGwava asserts):

Running some standard benchmarks (e.g. Unigine Valley/Heaven or 3DMark might be useful).

I just used the BIOS TPU for overclocking..
