I was planning to buy the OC version however I've just found the non OC card for quite a bit less.

£439 vs £355

I'm going to assume it can't be worth £84 more am i making a mistake buying the cheaper card?

Thank you!

*Edit* - More information -

I'll be pairing it with a i7 7700k and I'll probably run them both at stock to be honest. I heard the GPU boost 3.0 will most likely run around 1900-2000mhz anyway which unless i'm understanding it wrong should translate in to very little difference between the cards?

I see, ok I may have gotten a little confused from the wording you added to the original post.

So depending on what you intend to do with the card is what determines the answer here:
If you are going to be gaming, and you dont want to mess with the clock settings at all on the video card, then the OC card may be worth it.

If you are not concerned about gaming so much as other things video editing and such, then go with the non-OC version.

If you want to manually overclock, save your money and get the cheaper card. Only difference is that the OC version is done at factory and they test it to run at what they set, so it should run at those speeds on install. All depends on what you are comfortable with. Either way, both are good!

If you are doing an SLI setup, thats great. If you get one of each card, the higher clocked card will throttle down to match the lower clocked card. It will be a waste of money on the OC card if you do this though.

Hey. Same as i here. In my country different is like $60 . So im thinking its no worth it for get OC . Cause it just bit different clock . Not give lot impact to graphics. So u can spend rest of ur money to get other stuff .
