I recently upgraded (4 Months ago) my SMPS to Corsair VS 650 to have Nvidia 750ti.

Now as the rain is short here there are power fluctuations mostly during the peak hours. My PC is the only device connected to the 600VA/300W UPS now (http://www.vguard.in/product-details/slender-plus-600). It just restarts every time during such fluctuations.

I have connected the monitors to an external Surge Protector

I tried playing GTA5 at Max during noon (To test any overheating issues). But it played without any problem.

So the problem should most likely be power. Maybe the UPS can't handle it. Please advice

Build
Corsair VS650
Core i5 4th Gen
120 GB SSD. 500GB HDD
8 GB Ram
Nvidia 750Ti (Gigabyte)
Gigabyte H81M-S Mobo

If I am to upgrade the UPS, can someone please suggest an APC Model. Below are the components i would like to have in the UPS

The CPU mentioned Above
Dell s2240l Monitor x 2 (http://www.dell.com/ed/business/p/dell-s2240l/pd)

Solution
Some PSUs have issues with approximation sinewave UPS. It could also be that your UPS takes too long to switch to battery power for the PSU to hold up long enough.
