Custom PC for 4K Movies and supports Blue-Ray?

Hello could someone come up with a possible build for 4K Movies and supports Blue-Ray probably with the budget of $2.5k (AUD) Also I would appreciate some tips or things I should look out for. Thankyou! :)

The above were put together for others, not specifically for you, so some of those parts may not be available in Australia, but you can easily substitute locally available parts.

For 4k you'll need GTX 1080 or TITAN X GPU.
Then you'll also need an optical drive which supports Blue-Ray.
For CPU take i7 7700k.
For storage SSD (500GB) plus min. 2TB of HDD, so you'll have space for video clips, movies, etc.
And of course a 4k monitor :)
