i5-3570k
ipmmb-fm moba
16gb ram
hd 7770
600w psu

and i'd like to play farcry primal, gta 5, witcher 3, crysis 3 and other heavy games with ultra settings with arround 60fps should be fine. because i want to play the game with the maximum settings...

The 1060 3GB should hold good for your needs. Though if you're able to stretch your budget any further, I'd suggest you to go for the 6 GB version instead.

im just wondering, cause the both gpu i can buy have the same price, roughly $190-$210, while the gtx 1050ti is oc and others says that buying 1060 makes my computer power consumption higher..

Even the OC edition of the GTX 1050 Ti is slower than the GTX 1060 3 GB. And yes, the 1060 does consume more power (around 40W higher), but with a good 400W - 450W you should be fine.
