That thing is really bad I would suggest you a gtx 1050 / rx460 as I don't know your budget I don't know what to really look for. Also if you have a pentium D in the optilex 745 as cpu you can forget playing cs:go at all.

Just right-click on my computer-> properties-> and tell what it says at cpu.

O that sorts out 1 thing. Even if you get a good gpu cs:go will struggle on that pc quite a bit. I recommend you either get a rx460, gtx1050 or if these are too expensive a gtx 750ti. However the best thing you can do is get a new pc as that one is just old.
