so i have found this pc online, i only need this to run steam games like the forest ark survival and 7 days to die etc... the price is £220 so if it is worth getting i dont mind spending a bit to upgrade the GPU, also i have a spare gtx 950 2GB lyin around if you think that will do it, also if you could up to what game quality will this rig play, the specs are:
◼ Intel Core i3 3220 3.3Ghz
◼ 8GB DDR3 Ram 1600MHz (1 stick)
◼ 500GB HardDrive
◼ GeForce GT 730
◼ CD Dive + WiFi Dongle
◼ Window 10 Professional

Is the price negotiable? It's in the used market. Even if it isn't, it is. It's worth £200 https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=GT+730+3220 The 3220 is definitely the weakest link(knowing that 730 is leaving).

I...

I might run ark with the gtx950 at 30fps. The others shouldn't be a problem. What will hold you back if you get it is the cpu. For the price it isn't too bad but it isn't great.

You need a better GPU. Get at least a GTX 1050 or RX 460 for smooth 1080p 60FPS on light games.
GT 730 wont cut it being only slightly faster than the integrated GPU.

Then again, if you are planning to buy a prebuilt and swap the GPU out, find one with a more powerful CPU and crap GPU for the money.

I wouldn't purchase it. Why? Why am I paying for a GFX card when I already have one? Find one with a quad core. A more recent one. CD drive? Are you sure? Pretty sad if that is true. DVD drives are standard these days. What about USB speed? Probably 2.0. Relatively s l .....o..........w these days.

Both the CPU and GPU need upgrading. I understand your needs. But this entry level build with a small 500GB HDD is a waste of your money imo.
