rocessor: INTEL® Core™ i7-4770 Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz)

Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 Motherboard

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 FTW+

Storage: SEAGATE 500Gb HDD

Memory: 8GB Kingston Memory

Casing: DEEPCOOL Pangu V2 ATX Case

PSU: COUGAR RS 650 Tru Rated Power Supply

Optical Drive: DVD/R/RW

All for $360

I'm planning to sell the graphics card (If I went with this) and buy an RX 480 but I'm somehow worried about the PSU.

Any thoughts? Is this a good deal?

Solution
You are getting a good deal when you price out the parts particularly a I7-4770 which goes for $200 on ebay.
I assume you are getting the os also, a $100 value.

If the psu has been functioning and running a GTX560ftw, then it should power a RX-480 which takes the same power.
If you are concerned, look at a GTX1060 instead. Not only is it a bit stronger, but it needs even less power.

Yeah, if I went with this, I'm planning to sell the GPU and buy an RX 480.

Additional info: I already have a build plan that goes with i7-3770 then saw this deal at forums I'm weighing out the performance I'm going to get.

If you get this you will need to replace the psu if you want to use a rx480 and not break that psu and possibly fry your pc.
