Intel i5 4460
Nvidia GTX 950 SC
8GB Ram DDR3
1TB HDD
Windows 10

I bought this computer over a year ago and when I first got it I hit 600-1200 frames easily.
A good month ago it was the same case until the fan on my CPU broke for 2-3 days ( I was using it while it was broken if that means anything) I temperatures would go up to 100 and my game would be like 20 frames. I got a new fan, the HYPER212 Evo and discarded the Intel one that broke and reapplied thermal paste etc etc and my computer has since gone somewhat back to normal. I now only get 200-500fps which is bad because I record and it goes down to 80-200 which looks choppy. I get relatively more FPS on CSGO than Minecraft (300 AVG CSGO and 250 AVG Minecraft) Does anyone know what I have to do to make everything run like it used to? If my computer needs to be upgraded or something?

You may have damaged your cpu running it at 100c.
Normally, I would have expected the cpu to automatically throttle before suffering damage.

If your new cooler is mounted properly, you should see about 10-15c. over ambient temperatures at idle.
Check that cpu-Z shows a multiplier of 35 under load.

You can consider sending the cpu in for RMA. Intel will have a 3 year warranty.
