Hello.
I plan to build my second computer and i am looking for suggestions.
Note: Do NOT ask me to get an Intel processor nor ask why because I don't feel like arguing about this again.
I was thinking about making a processor upgrade to another Amd processor and I also need a recommended motherboard with two PCI-E slots that will go with my build.
Also I need a PSU that will work at a decent price. I plan to have two GPUs.
Im upgrading from https://pcpartpicker.com/list/b8QsvV and I use it for mostly gaming and recording. Sometimes unity and blender but not very often.
My current plans:
Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/H682zM
Motherboard: Havent found one I like yet
CPU: Amd Fx-8350 Black Edition (taking recommendations NO intel)
Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2x8) DDR3 1600 (taking recommendations)
Storage: 1TB Western Digital (probably will change)
GPU: Asus Radeon RX 480 8GB ROG STRIX (will add a second one in the future)
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black (ATX)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10
Monitor: I have two already
Case fans: I have a few and I will buy more
Peripherals: I already have some.

Solution

None you want to hear about.

FX-8350 with an overclock is as good as you are going to get.

If you want AMD because you are a stockholder or otherwise zipped off at Intel, then you might get lucky with the upcoming Ryzen processors.
I would wait for...
While this post is "old", the mobos listed in there are really good for an FX CPU (and oc ofc):

I'm comfortably running my FX-8320 @4.6Ghz on my Gigabyte GA-FXA990-UD3 since 2013.

Not sure how it will go with a 2nd GPU, my R9-380x gets bottlenecked already on CPU-bounded games so good luck with that.

Add an SSD and as for RAM your choice is good already.

What are you upgrading from?
Is gaming your primary use for this pc?

Here is a link to motherboard quality. Likely, you will want a 990FX chipset motherboard.

And... on the rest of your build:

I might suggest that while you will win synthetic benchmarks with dual gpu, your gaming will be better with a single great card.

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

You can defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.

My guess is that they will be priced well and be good for multithreaded apps, just like the FX-8350 series.
But, I have heard of no clock rates north of 3.9 and I really doubt that the IPC will be better than current Intel.
That makes me think they will not be a winner for high end gaming.
Time will tell.
