System won't startup, motherboard light on

I Just brought the NZXT S340 elite and a z170 pro motherboard. I've connected everything. The motherboard light comes on but the system won't start. I press the power button and now thing happens. Any ideas?

It may be that you have your GPU installed and it won't read it. See if it will boot without the GPU installed. Then install it after you get your OS installed.
