I'm building a pc in be quiet! dark base pro 900 and i bought aio watercooling from corsair but i don't know how to position the fans (it will be on top of the case). Should they be as intake or exhaust? I want to have a good airflow (case have already two intake fans in front and one exhaust in the back) Should i plug them in to the motherboard or into a fan controler that is instaled in a case?
My cpu cooling is Corsair Extreme Cooler H115i 280mm

Solution
With your setup simply mount the H115i at the top of the case (short screws through the top into the radiator) then hang the fans below it as exhaust (pushing through the radiator, out the top) using the longer screws.

While setting a water cooler as an intake would yield very slightly better CPU temps, the overall case temps would be higher which is not ideal for the GPU or VRM circuitry. Push/Pull is marginal at best as well.

    ■ Remove top cover, lay down on left panel facing up un-screw fans from radiator, align radiator screw holes to radiator bracket and SCREW with supplied 30mm screws if you use H115 as intake (fans inhale air from top pushing through rad)
Screw with 6mm screw if you use H115 as exhaust. Careful!!! not to over torque not to use long screw that might thrust micro tube.
    ■ H115i is ~ 35mm thick + 25mm thick fans, DBP 900 has ~ 62mm clearance between top radiator. It should fit in,
    ■ Best mounting is on front as intake, you must add another fans on the backside (push-pull radiator).
