CPU: i7 6900K
Mobo: Asus X99 Deluxe ii
RAM: Trident Z 4x16GB 64GB 3200 CL14

Since my CPU supports 2400 RAM speed, just enabling XMP in the BIOS will I get my memory to work at its factory speed (3200)? or I have to do some OC to achieve that?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply, I am not a tech guy. I was asking this because the technician who is assembling my PC told me that he enabled the XPM but that I won't get the factory 3200 speed that my memory pack have, because my CPU (i7 6900K) only supports 2400 RAM speed. So, he said, if you want to get the 3200 you need to OC the PC, and he continued saying that he doesn't recommend to OC a new computer until working 1 or 2 month with it to see if it is stable...
