I have a ps3 and ps4 (not including my pc) I get moderate or strict NATs constantly. I have reserved/static ip addresses set for them both. Is it possible to put one in the dmz and port forward the other? I have tried this to no avail. I've tried putting the ps4 in the dmz and it does nothing. So I tried to port forward, and the port 3074 gives me trouble. Says it's conflicted even though I have nothing else on the network at the time. I'm really just wondering how I can get both systems NAT open. Any help is appreciated....

You only have 1 ip address and 1 list of ports. Ie you only have 1 port 1000 You could assign port 1000 to one machine and port 1001 to a second but it is impossible to assign port 1000 to 2 machines.

DMZ just assigns all ports to one machine. It is like putting in 65000 or so port map statements. Still if you were to put a machine in the dmz and then assign port 1000 to a different machine the machine you put in the DMZ would now get all ports except 1000.

Not much you can really do if a game requires you use a particular port it is a design flaw in the game.

The only solution I have seen for this are VPN sites that let you get a dedicated address. You are in effect buying a second IP for your house.
