Overclocking gpu question

So i was going to overclock my 1050 ti mini and it doesn't use a 6 pin power connector it draws power from my motherboard.Will me overclocking it fry the board or will everything be fine?

It'll be no more risky than any other kind of overclocking, and with a limited power draw it'll probably be less capable of doing damage than other externally powered GPU's. Also depends what motherboard you have and how sturdy the components are. The 1050Ti's without 6 pin power arent great overclockers anyway. It's still important to have a good quality PSU though.
