Got a new cpu and pc is slow (Cpu not overheated)

Okay, so I upgraded my cpu from a4 to A10 7860k Raedon R7 and it came with a heat sink. I installed the cpu correctly because when i started up my pc it said "New cpu installed" and my pc is very slow. I check BIOS and my cpu is running about 40-50 degrees. I put this cpu in to my prebuilt computer, and I did some research and do you think a new PSU would help? I have a 500w and i already ordered a 750w. Also my graphics card didnt change or anything. Someone please help

I don't know what gpu im using. Like i said this is a prebuilt pc, and i cant seem to find the computer i bought anymore. I know my gpu is only about $30-40 though

And let's say it is a heating problem, how would i fix it?

I have an A58M-E33, the cpu is supported by the motherboard.
