I finally got my custom build working now but i don't know if this is normal. i have a intel i5 6600k i tried to overclock the cpu cores to 4.0Ghz in the bios and it jumped back to 3.9Ghz, i also tried to overclock it on intel extreme tuning ulitity but i cant change anything there.. i cant put my core multiplier higher or anything.. can someone help me ?
