What CPU fan should I buy?

I recently bought a new PC but the CPU fan is very loud, I don't want to buy a new one that doesn't fit or is still loud/ineffective. I have a gamma falcon case with a 78LMT-USB3 mobo, can anyone recommend a fan that is good and will fit?

For not OCing (that board wouldn't be high on my list for overclockers, personal experience) the CRYORIG C7 or M9a would do very well and not produce too much noise.

Get a noctua if you want to overclock but the other recommendation was good, maybe a Noctua NH-L12 for OCing
