This pc is for daily use like watching YouTube vids and school work. I want to do multitasking also. For gaming not sure what games ill play but i want to get good frames at 1080p. My budget is under $650

That's as good as you can get it.
i3-7100 can run all games, not as good as an i5, but it will run them just fine.
Motherboard has four RAM slots, two used by the build.
GTX 1060 can play all games on 1080p. Few games will require you to lower the graphics.
Corsair CXM is a top-notch PSU.

You don't have an SSD, but it didn't fit the budget.

this is the list I came up with;

these are basic numbers, if given enough time to look for specials online and in store one can get a much lower price
Examples from Frys daily special ;

Monitor 99$ LG 24" (23.6" Actual Diagonal Screen Size) Widescreen LED Monitor
Hard drive 59$ WD Desktop Mainstream 2TB Internal Hard Drive Retail Kit WDBH2D0020HNC-NRSN

these specials do lower your overall cost in the end.
