This is a link to some parts which I will be getting soon: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Vb2Dm8. Are all them parts good or are there any suggestions on what to improve? (I already have storage and an Operating System)

Solution
Ok I'm not meaning to be rude, but that build isn't very balanced. Don't worry about heating up or loud systems, it generally isn't a problem.
Firstly, be sure to get the rx 480 8gb version to make it last longer.
I've also changed the PSU for a better quality one (higher quality components such as capacitors).
Lastly, I've changed the cooling. You really don't need a liquid cpu cooler. The one I've put in is good enough. But since you seem intent on putting in fans, I've added a couple. The default arrangement in the Enthoo case is meh, especially the one at the front. Take out the default fans (200mm fan at the front and 140mm at back). Put in 2x 140mm black non-led fans (cheaper since you can't see it anyways behind front panel)...

Just want it to be as cool as possible, because my current pc literally heats up the room, just want to keep the pc cool and not really bothered about noise.

Do you already own an SSD and HDD? The RX 480 is a great card but the cooler and fans is a bit extreme, a better use of your money would be to go for a GTX 1070 instead of the RX 480, and skimp a bit on the other, not such important parts.

Good for what? Gaming I guess? If so, what resolution monitor do youu have? a 1080p or a 1440p?

But anyway, save on the fans, you need maybe a £20 fan- you won't really need to overclock. The case needs 2 fans max. For that money buy a better GPU.

I haven't looked at the details but I am sure on that budget you can afford a GTX 1060 or even a 1070 and these should have better gaming performance.

Ok so less fans xD any good white fans? The PC will be used for gaming mostly and maybe streaming if its possible. My main gaming monitor is the ASUS VG248QE (1920x1080). Should I instead get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo instead of the Corsair AIO (I wanted to stick to the black and white theme with the majority of products being Corsair but not really bothered about brand). And if I were to get a 1070 what model is the best?

Thank you all very much for your help - Josh

And one 120mm led one in the top, the one nearest the back. This ensures that you maintain a positive air pressure, reducing the amount of dust inside your case. It should be pretty good!
BTW, I've added the ideal storage. You obviously can take out what you don't what in terms of storage, depending on what you already have.
