Hi guys please help!!
I'm running Windows 10 Pro and using an ASUS Rampage IV Formula Motherboard.

Problem 1: I have two secondary internal drives that are not showing up (even in partition manager) on the first boot but then when I reboot they are detected. (see screenshot attached)

The drives that fail to load first boot are:

E:\ Seagate 3TB internal ST3000DM001-1CH166
G:\ and K:\ Seagate Barracuda 1TB internal ST31000528AS

Problem 2:

Do I need (or if I don't need) how do I get ride of the System Reserved 100MB files and 450MB unallocated files on my primary drive? Also, are there any other active or non-active things I need to change on my drives?

1. Just to be clear...when you boot the system, the system boots to the OS but the two drives you mention are not listed in Disk Management. No listing at all, right?

2. Are those two drives listed in Device Manager at this time in the "Disk drives" list or are they similarly absent?

3. This situation occurs EVERY time you initially boot the system, right?

4. So when it does you have to manually reboot the system. The system NEVER reboots of its own accord, right?

5. And EVERY time you reboot the problem disappears - all your secondary drives are detected, yes?

6. Now there's NEVER a problem with the detection of the 2 TB SSD secondary drive being detected on the first boot, right? It's ALWAYS detected?

7. How was the Win 10 OS installed on the (I'm assuming) 512 GB SSD? A fresh install? A clone?
(There's no problem utilizing the 450 MB unallocated disk-space on the boot drive, but that's a miniscule amount of disk-space and relatively unimportant. It's not your problem).

8. What's the make/model of the motherboard you're working with? Contains an up-to-date BIOS?

Please respond to my questions clearly and in detail, OK?
