Bf1 id advise it'll struggle with an i3, although single player will be fine.
Fallout 4. Go to the fallout cfg file and change ipreswntinterval to 0 (or whatever the opposite of it's current value)

Doom should be OK, seems OK with i3's. GTA V not sure, likes quad cores, should be OK but worth checking some benchmarks.
