my real questions are as far as mobos go i dont plan on over clocking and will be running 2 monitors real soon thats why i choose the h170 but would the z170 be faster? to my knowledge its the same shit but the h170 just cant overclock....but yea if there is a faster better mobo for same price range that can over clock id rather spend the extra money and just not oc ...

and lastly iv been hearing alot about bottlenecking lately how can i tell if im going 2 run into that problem i tryed 2 choose most mid teir parts

Solution
H are the non overclocking boards yes to the related Z boards..
having the recent motherboards, cpu and video card I would not worry so much after the " bottlenecking issues"

here are my picks, I noted the change of case, as according to pcpartpicker there isn't a slot for your dvd player you wanted in that case S340

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($198.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($37.87 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus H170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($122.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Kingston Savage 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400...
Z170 mobo are for OCing ( you can get one with the i5 6500 ) if you like to change the cpu latter down the road, and put in a i7 7700K . a H170 or a z170 wont make it faster.

a few changes on the build

a bigger SSD better PSU and you really don't need that cooler ( the stock will be fine ) if you really feel like you need one, this will do just fine http://pcpartpicker.com/product/hmtCmG/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

the case is up to you but on a budget that 50 bucks is better spent on other things

that mobo wont use DDR4 3200 so that 20 bucks wasted 2133 is all you need
