Would this used PC be good for 200 dollars?

I Was wanting to buy a gaming pc and this guy in my local town is selling his pc for 200 dollars and he has a gtx 750 ti and am athlon 5350.
with 8 gb ram and 500 gb hard drive and windows 7
I'm looking to play games like gta 5, csgo, and h1z1 kotk.

The 200$ Build your guy is selling is indeed, not a bad one.
Although you won't be able to play games in 4K Quality and probably play two games at a time in 1080p
It would run perfectly with 720p and 1080p settings. (1080p for certain games)

GTA 5 - 1080p with around 60fps. Although you won't be able to background tasks much well.
CSGO - Same thing ^
KOTK - Will work perfectly with 1080p :)

However, I'd suggest telling him to re-seat and clean the PC as it's a used one and dust can make it worse. Be sure to check the PC very well, something might be wrong with it as imo, it's too cheap ;)
