To recover the BIOS:

Step 1: Turn on the system.

Step 2: Insert the motherboard support DVD to the optical drive, or the USB flash drive containing the BIOS file to the USB port.

Step 3: The utility automatically checks the devices for the BIOS file. When found, the utility reads the BIOS file and enters ASUS EZ Flash 2 automatically.

what next i have support cd on usb what to do next the bios file in support cd says same thing not a proper bio. how to do the crash free guide is not specfic even MB Updater Utility is hard to do

Crash Free BIOS should automatically run when it detects a BIOS file. If not, can you get into your BIOS? You could try using the EZ Flash, but if the one on the DVD is saying not supported then ASUS may have blocked BIOS downgrades somehow. It shouldn't be this complicated, so am wondering if your board wont let you change to a lower version.

Have you tried clearing CMOS first?
