I bought an H110M-A from gigabyte and thanks to my terrible luck Kaby Lake gets released just mere weeks after I order it(and yes it is completely normal for it to take so long to get to me). Then I find out that Gigabyte released BIOS updates to make it compatible with it. Now before I buy a KL CPU right away I wanted to ask. Do I need a CPU installed on the Motherboard to update the BIOS? Can I do it anyway with the KB processor installed? Or do I have no other choice but to stick with Sky Lake?
