2TB Hard drive showing as 1.59tb!

So my Western Digital WD Green WD20EZRX 2TB hard drive is only showing 1.59tb of storage, instead of 1.8 or something like that!

So I went to Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management and there i found my hard drive here's an image of the hard drive

I really hope that somebody can tell me how I can get the disk size to 1863Gb!
Ps: I also have an ssd and ssd size is normal!

So how did it end up with 3 partitions?

In Disk Management, you can only extend a partition to the right. So you can't merge all three of those into one.

Possibly with a 3rd party partition manager. But please have a backup of whatever is on it before messing with those partitions.
