Hi, my wife and i just got Alienware 17 R4's, and whenever we connect to our wifi it works for 1 to 2 minutes then drops out. Nothing else does this except when we connect a laptop. I am using a TPLink Archer c7 v2. I have a smart TV connected to wifi, a couple cell phones. I have a Xbox one and smart Blu ray player connected via a switch. We can use all of this and both of our old laptops at the same time with no issue. The moment I connect the Alienware laptop, the 2.4 band drops and I have to reset the router. I tried updating the firmware...

It has a Killer 1435 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi and Bluetooth 4 card in it...

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Uninstall the network adapter from device manager and select delete driver software. From another device download the DRIVER only for the killer NIC, not all the bundled software that comes with it and re-install. The killer network suite is notoriously buggy and doesn't actually do anything for you. Report back.
