So yesterday I changed my GPUs thermal paste because it was really hot and made my games lag very much when reaching its peak. I changed the paste, tried to play some games and everything seemed to work fine, without any lag. Today I once again played some games (the same as before) but this time I started to lag again, just like before I changed paste. Does anyone have any idea of what could be the problem?

Thermal paste I used: Arctic Silver 5

Ive read that the paste can take up to 200 hours before reaching its full effect, but this doesn't seem to be the case since it worked fine just after I applied it.

Edit: MSI Afterburner stats: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/i685vz6g62kiejo/AAANFWreyinOfYOkPhS0E_fDa?dl=0
The drop in the voltage limit appears when I tabbed out of the game (Battefield 3) or closed it

When I idle, it usually rests around 37° and then very slowly sinks down to 20°. It peaks around 65-75° (Lag appears around 70°). Intresting to note is that the lag I experience is network based, so when I lag my ping gets really high but my fps can still be around 60.

Can't find anything else that would cause the problem. I'll try to see if I can find something else that seems weird

Alright, I'll look at the network then. Thanks anyways!
