Pentium G4600/G4620 + RX460 or i5 7400 + iGPU and then save up for a better card in the future?

Been planning a budget build for a while now to meet my gaming needs. This is gonna be my first ever gaming PC and I know I'm not the type of guy who upgrades frequently.

I've been finalizing my budget and figured that I could get the Pentium G4600/G4620 and an RX460 for about the same price or even cheaper than a lone i5 7400, and for a while I've been hard pressed as to which option to go with. I hope you guys could help me out with a good decision here since this decision will definitely stick with me for a while.

I game a lot, but am mostly a religious CS:GO player. I'll surely be spending 90% of my gaming hours on there but I'll also definitely have GTA 5 as my close 2nd favorite. Other than those two, I'll dabble into Cities: Skylines and Minecraft every now and then, but I can be certain that I'll never touch any of the triple A titles at all since none of them have ever appealed to me whatsoever.

A quick research showed that a majority of these games are mostly CPU-bound, so I'm currently leaning towards the i5 and just sticking with the iGPU for while while I save up for a nice graphics card that would do it justice. But I wanted a second opinion from the pros. What do you guys think?

Here's a rough draft of the rest of my planned build if any of you guys need it (it's budget oriented since I don't consider myself a flashy gamer, and tbh I'm slightly broke :p).

- ASRock H110M-HDV
- 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz Single
- Seasonic M12II 520W 80+ Bronze
- Tecware F3 (Local brand but looks pretty promising, and only $22!)

(I plan to reuse my current WD Blue 500GB HDD since it still works like a charm and is more than enough for me)

All in all that should be about ~$450 converted from my local currency of Philippine peso, which is all I'm planning to spend for a gaming PC for now.

Thanks in advanced!
