Any new gpu is compatible with any pc made in the last 5 years or more. That's not the issue as far as upgrading a gpu. The gpu is by far the largest power hog in a pc. Exactly how big a gpu you can use is totally dependent on the power supply. Without knowing the watts and model of the psu its hard to recommend any gpu.

amd xfx rx460 4 gb
Minimum Power Supply Requirement : 400 watt
XFX Recommended Power Supply : XFX 450W PSU

From you last picture:
ATX-500B
+12v rating is 22 amps equates to 264 watts on the 12 volt rail. This is a cheap low quality power supply which should be replaced.

For example,
XFX ProSeries P1-450S-X2B9 450W ATX12V

+12V@34A = 408 watts on +12v rail.

Solution
You have an APU and it's a dual core. It wasn't designed for gaming. You can add a 460 and you will be able to run some games fairly well. This is because a lot of games only require a dual core. Games such as GTA V run much better on a quad core. Be prepared to sacrifice on framerate, settings, or resolution with games such as these. In addition, unless you can get a great price on a 4gb 460, just buy a 2gb 460. If you must have a 4gb card get a 1050 Ti. The 4gb 460 is no faster than a 2gb 460, it just has more memory. The 1050 Ti is faster than a 460 and it's faster than a 1050. So you get extra speed and memory with the 1050 Ti. I think your current PSU, while not great, is enough.

No CPU or motherboard replacement. When the day comes that this computer isn't enough, you will need all new CPU/motherboard/ram. In effect you will be building or buying a new computer, not upgrading this one.
