Help! Clean-Uninstalled Graphics drivers, now they're not in Device Manager!

So my computer was using my 530 intel driver over the 1060 I had bought during the building process. In order to fix that, I went through the advice that I disable 530, and then uninstall and reinstall the 1060 using DDU. I uninstalled it, but now I can't find it in device manager in order to reinstall it.

The graphics card is an nvidia 3gb 1060.

This happend to me once when i formated my PC. My Titan X pascal SLI wont be recognized by the Device manager. The solution i give it to this issue was to install Geforce Experience alone, without any other drivers (you can download GExperience from the Official Page) And then let the Geforce Experience download the recommended and most updated Drivers. And thats it.
