Hey! When im playing CS:GO Deathmatch 20+ persons im getting avg. 130 fps and drops to 100 sometimes. In a 5v5 i get 190 - 200 avg. fps, and it sometimes drops to 150. Just reinstalled Windows 10 pro 64 bit, and updated drivers. (Didnt install geforce experience). I think my system should perform better, what about you?. PLS dont tell me that u dont need more than 144 fps+, cause u can fell when the FPS drops from 240 to 180.

Don't know why you run it on low with 1070 anyways. Maybe the GPU is just feeling sad :D
Try turning it to max. Then monitor your CPU and GPU usage. Also make sure that your monitor is set to 144 Hz.

Wow that's 100% almost all the time...
I'm almost sure that CPU is doing something in the background.
Do you have any other programs open while playing CS:GO? Like Skype, Google Chrome, Teamspeak, Discord, Steam, Firefox, etc.?
I also have i5 6600 (yes not k) and GTX 1060 3gb. CS:GO runs probably above 200fps not sure (I'll check it) but I have 120+ fps in BF4 which is a lot more demanding that CS:GO.
Did you check the settings then?

"PLS dont tell me that u dont need more than 144 fps+, cause u can fell when the FPS drops from 240 to 180. "-if you feel drops, lock it on145 FPS and you wont see any drops.(although there are some cases that even with capped FPS some people get drops, but try it anyway)

I just think it's stupid that I cant get more fps. My friend has the same CPU and a worse GPU, he gets around 300 - 400 fps.

Open up CS:GO -> Go to Console(by pressing the ~ button) -> type in fps_max 0 -> press Enter
If console is not enabled, go to Game Settings (if im not wrong) theres an option to enable it.
Hope it helps! :D
