Is GTX 1070 compatible with my PSU ?

I'm new to pc building and as I've mentioned is gtx 1070 compatible with my psu ? http://www.tyfontech.com/esuper-power-450w-p4-power-supply-unit-psu
I am using this psu only for awhile and will be buying a new one soon so if anyone is able to help with my problem , it will be appreciated .

Actually it's not compatible as its lacks the proper connectors for the GPU and the 12v rail is far to small(16a). It's also cheap generic garbage, by modern standards it's a 200w PSU. A stock GTX 1070 can use 160w by itself. You need a better PSU.

I'd look for another source of parts. That store has a very limited range of PSUs, most are questionable at best.
