Building a 7 R9 390 MSI GPU rig Windows 10, 2 x 1300 EVGAs.
Its running fine as long as I don't connect anything to the PCIe 3.0 16 slots, works great with 4 connected to the PCIe 2.0 x 1 slots.
I most be doing something wrong or have something not configures the way its supposed to be.
As soon as I connect a GPU to a x16 slot, there is no video any more
