I have a GA-MA785GMT-UD2H motherboard and want to know if i can use a 1050 ti ftw 4gb graphics card with it.

It has a pcie 2.0 x16 slot, thats fine for a 1050 ti. But whatever AM3 CPU you have in that board may bottleneck a 1050 ti quite a bit depending on the game, but yes it should work.
