I have this motherboard as well GA-MA785GMT-UD2H are they both compatible with it?

I mean they are pretty much the same cards, ut I would go with the EVGA. 1) the offer better quality products, 2) they offer better support for their products, and 3) the Precision software will give you more control.

PNY products are cheaper because they use less quality parts.
