Solution
For BF1 8GB aren't enough.
Usually 8Gb is enough for gaming but since you're asking for BF1 specifically, get 16GB RAM.
People.who play BF1 with 8GB experience frequent stutter.

Also an i5-6400 will struggle to maintain high FPS in that game. A 6500, better a 7600 would be my choice for BF1 if you can't afford an i7.
The game taxes the CPU much more than the GPU.

Also the CPU cooler you've picked is only compatible with AMD CPUs.
I will probably bump up to a 6500 and lose the cooler. Also another 8GB of RAM will help as well. Because with that card, low settings shouldn't really be used. And why 120 FPS? 60-80 FPS should be just fine at a playable rate. What monitor do you have?

I don't want a locked fps, and no I don't have a 144Hz monitor, I don't even have one yet, but I'm just a fps whore, who likes +120fps.
Will 8 gb 2133 ram be enough? Or should I get 16 gb?

Actually I've decided to go with GTX 1050 with an i3, and 8gb Ram.
What do you think of this? Will IT Run bf1 at 1080p low settings at high fps?
And also, I don't have money for a 144hz monitor, Will 60hz be enough or should I go with 75hz? Remember I'm om a budget

Most people game at 60Hz, higher Hz is better but if budget doesn't allow then don't worry. Personally Id rather a better CPU before spending money on a higher Hz monitor. I would however go straight to 16Gb RAM, it can really help with BF1 and a few other games and RAM should be bought in kits and not 8gb now and 8gb later.
