When I am playing games, (especially ark survival evolved) my cpu usage drops to less than 5%, which causes huge frames drops. I currently have an i5-6500, gtx 1060, 400w psu, 1x8gb ddr4 2133 ram, 1tb hdd, mini atx motherboard (desktop). Could it be my psu low wattage pus? Thanks for your help
