Hello. Lately my GPU has been running pretty hot, and the entire system louder than a few months back, when I bought my PC. I want to get extra cooling for it, to keep the entire thing, especially the GPU cooler and quieter. My case is http://www.tiptop.lt/korpusas-gtt-havana-325bs-matx-w-o-psu. It has one fan on the side, where the CPU and GPU are, and other standart fans like the GPU, CPU, and PSU fans. I just can't find how many extra fans/coolers can I get in this case. So maybe, anybody knows that ? Also, I'm looking for a budget, effective solution in terms of cooling, so what would be the best, in terms of size, type and number of coolers?

Pretty small case.

To give you an idea, this is what I did in mine...

You must determine what fan headers are available on your Motherboard (see in the manual) and also what the case has (if any). Extra fans can be fed by the power supply (PSU) - just need a molex connection. Running them on full speed is OK.

The cooling setup is particularly important, as the amount of power supplied to the CPU is roughly the same as the amount of power that has to be dissipated by the cooler.
