H110, not H81.

6700 is cheaper, includes a cooler.

6700K is more expensive, need to buy a cooler, and when paired with a more expensive Z170 board it can be overclocked.

If you don't intend to overclock, I would not spend the money on the K CPU.

Don't forget to buy a "Z type" Mobo if going with the 6700k... in the other hand a non-k cpu can go perfectly with a "H Type" Mobo which is in general cheaper

if you want to take full advantage of the k unlocked cpu then you would need to get a z170 based motherboard

if you dont, and have something like a h110 based motherboard go for the regular 6700
