I have an rx 470 and a gigabyte 970a mobo. GPU fan spins on boot, so i assume It works fine, however It does not spin after boot.
I have changed the fan settings through the AMD catalyst and put the fans to spin manually rather than auto and the fan keeps still. Also temperature is at 48 when in the catalyst it is configured to aim at 40 degrees
