So what I need to know is how corsair wired there SF600 PSU so I can use the old housing from an Allied SL-275TFX PSU that was originaly in the case and wire it to connect to the Input of the corsair PSU that way it can look more natural than having a cable come out of the case that cant be detached. My only concern is the polarity of the wires I am not sure if all PSU manufactures use the same colors to represnt the same polarity e.g. green is ground, black is negative, and white is positive.

Oh ok, I was a little worried there. I also recently commented on a question from someone who had a burning plastic smell coming from his PC and he was...

Case modding is a great thing, but the PSU is one of those parts that, unless you know for sure what you are doing, you dont want mess with that. Replacing a fan in one isnt a big deal, but you are modding the internals. If you can modify the case to fit the Corsair PSU, I would recommend that over gutting it and stuffing into the other PSU housing.

Oh sorry I didn't mean I am gutting the new PSU I'm just gutting the old one that doesn't work and splicing the power cable so I can wire it to the c13 power plug. I have no intentions what so ever to open the corsair PSU

Oh ok, I was a little worried there. I also recently commented on a question from someone who had a burning plastic smell coming from his PC and he was wondering if that was making his sinus problems worse. My brain went into "Safety First Mode!"

So the C13 male plug on the SF600 does go with a standard compliant layout.
(Top middle) Negative
(Left)Positive (Right)Ground

As far as wire coloring, I wasnt able to find anything to that, but if it helps, Tom's recently did a teardown and test of the SF600:
